HOLMES COUNTY JUVENILE COURT

Blank Motion : Can be used to request a continuance of a hearing, dismiss a case, etc.

Certificate of Service : Must be filed contemporaneously with a Motion or Response.

Motion for Contempt : To be filed if requesting party be found in Contempt of Court for not abiding by a Court Order.

Motion to Intervene : To be filed by a NON-PARTY who is requesting to be part of a case.  Must be accompanied by a seperate pleading (motion) setting forth the claim or defense for which intervention is sought.
